Your Results Are Your Responsibility

This is an educational program. We’re here to guide and support you, but we can’t guarantee specific results. What you get out of it will depend on your actions, decisions, and commitment. Nothing in the program should be taken as legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure this is right for you before joining.

Course Access

You’ll have full access to the course materials for as long as you’re an active member. If you cancel or complete the program, your access will end. There is no lifetime access.

Ongoing Tech Platform Access (Go High Level)

Access to the all-in-one tech platform (websites, email, automations, etc.) is included during your time in the program. If you’d like to keep using it afterwards, you’ll be able to continue at a rate of £97/month or less (if graduate rates apply), but never more. Access will only continue if you set up your own subscription at that time.

Support Response Time

We aim to respond to questions and requests within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Support is provided within reason and subject to capacity.

Community Behaviour

You’ll have access to a private community area to connect with others in the program. We ask everyone to treat each other with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Anyone being rude, aggressive, or repeatedly negative may be removed from the community and the program with no warning and no refund.

Content Sharing & Fair Use

All course materials are for your personal use only. Please do not share your login, distribute materials, or resell any part of the program content. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.

Cancellation Terms

There’s no long-term contract. If you’re on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time – just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Feedback & Testimonials

We may use anonymised versions of your feedback or testimonials for marketing or training purposes unless you request otherwise.

Tech Disruptions & Platform Changes

In rare cases, we may need to change platforms or tools. We’ll always communicate clearly and fairly if that happens. We are not responsible for any downtime, outages, or third-party system issues.

Updates to Terms

We may occasionally update these terms. Any important changes will be shared with you via email and/or inside the platform.
